Directions



First...

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Leave some parchment paper hanging over both ends of the pan for easy removal later. Set aside.

Next...

Add the butter and sugar to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30-second intervals while stirring in-between until the butter has melted completely. Mix in the eggs, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

Then...

Mix in the cocoa powder and flour until well combined and smooth. Then fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan. Evenly drop the sliced strawberries into the top of the batter.

Last...

Bake for about 22 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out moist with a few crumbs. Remove from oven and let cool. Lift the brownie out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice it into squares. Serve and enjoy!
